HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs:

  • €10.00 for Italy
  • €20.00 for European Union countries

Shipping is free for all orders over €200.00.
What are the delivery times?

Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 working days in Italy and 3-6 working days in European Union countries. During particularly busy periods (sales, holidays, or collection launches), delivery times may vary slightly.
Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • Italy
  • All European Union Countries

We do not currently ship to non-EU countries.
Can I make a return?

Yes. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of order delivery, provided the product is intact, unused, complete with original tags, and returned in its original packaging.

Are return costs free?

No. The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund according to the terms outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
