Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and current European legislation, consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, simply send a communication to commerciale@godsavedenim.it within the specified period.

The product must be returned in the conditions indicated in this information notice.

Refunds

Once the product has been received at our warehouse and the conformity of the return has been verified, you will receive an email communication with the outcome of the verification.

In case of approval:

• the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase;
• the refund will be processed within 10 working days from the confirmation of the return acceptance;
• any original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases provided by law or in the presence of a defective or incorrect product.

The actual crediting times may vary depending on the banking institution or the payment method provider used.
